With over 13 years of experience as a participatory changemaker and organizational consultant, Atlas (they/them) supports changemakers to build more just, regenerative, and democratic places. With over 30 years of experience in thought partnership, community-building, and innovative systems thinking processes, Carol (she/her) helps individuals connect their past experiences with current realities and future aspirations.

Jessi (she/her) has over 15 years of experience in adult and youth education, rural community and economic development, and participatory educational research. This rich background informs her skilled development of meaningful, relevant courses that go beyond theory to develop practical skills in leadership, critical consciousness, emergent thinking, collaboration, and adaptability.

Kelsey (she/they) has over a decade of experience in complex community work, including hands-on roles in food systems, community engagement, and organizational leadership across urban and rural settings. Kelsey’s integrated approach draws from her lived experience as Mexican-American, othered by her mostly White peers, which inspired a deep empathy and curiosity about the web of stories that make each of us unique.

Over 25+ years of experience, Thomas (he/him) has worked at all levels of the change ecosystem: providing hands-on support to grassroots groups; managing national philanthropic initiatives; and building and managing regional networks. This experience allows Thomas to bring a deep understanding of changemaking and the broader social, political, and economic environment in which you work.
