Participatory Leadership: Cultivating Care, Community, and Collective Power

In this six-week course designed specifically for this moment of transition and uncertainty, cultivate your leadership practice rooted in care, resistance, and collective power.

Through guided reflection, small group dialogue, and hands-on practice, you’ll clarify your core values, explore leadership as an emergent and collaborative process, and develop strategies to sustain yourself and your work. This is a space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect—not just with your leadership, but with a community of changemakers committed to resisting burnout and reimagining how change happens.

Join us as we explore: How do we resist? How do we care for ourselves and each other? And how do we lead in ways that sustain us for the long haul?
