PARTicipatory leadership for this moment

Participatory Leadership:

Cultivating Care, Community, and Collective Power

A 6-week lab for designing your leadership practice through collective sensemaking, deep reflection, and communal care

Participatory leadership isn’t about holding formal authority—it’s about leading from the middle, shaping change from where you are. It’s about how we show up—in our communities, organizations, and movements—to lead with integrity, care, and purpose.

Participatory Leadership: Cultivating Clarity, Care, and Collective Power is an invitation. An invitation to ground, reflect, and cultivate the clarity needed to lead in ways that sustain both ourselves and our communities. This is not about having all the answers—it’s about holding space for exploration, collective wisdom, and leadership that emerges from care rather than urgency

Every day, an neo-fascist, oligarchical government is escalating harm against us and our neighbors. We are living in a moment of profound transition and deep rupture. The structures we’ve relied on—political, economic, and social—are shifting rapidly, if not altogether deteriorating. Many of us feel the weight of uncertainty, the exhaustion of resistance, and the need for spaces of deep connection and clarity.

In moments like these, when the world is unsteady, leadership begins with grounding ourselves in internal clarity and deep alignment with purpose. Only then can we lead—not in isolation, but in connection—through a cycle of care, action, and reflection. Clarity on our personal leadership allows our acts of meaningful care and resistance to emerge from who we are and the purpose we are living into.

This lab is for those seeking to define what leadership looks like for them in this moment. It is for those committed to showing up with integrity, shared power, and mutual care. Together, we will reimagine how change happens.

Together, we will ask: How do we care for ourselves and each other? And how do we reimagine our leadership and life in this moment?

Join us. Let’s build something that sustains us for the long haul.
